Hi guys. I had a quick question regarding the biometrics appointment. I'm not too familiar about the process but as far as I've heard, once we submit our applications on Aug 15 or beyond, USCIS will schedule a time and place for us to go in and get our biometrics done.
I'm on summer break right now, living in CA with my parents. I'm planning on submitting my deferred action application along with all the evidence from here in Cali asap, around when applications come out and can be submitted.
Thing is i'm going to back to Washington, DC for the fall semester of college in a month, after submitting my application here in Cali, so would it be possible to notify USCIS that I need to get my biometrics appointment in DC and not in Cali? Thanks!
I think it depends on you..but id be too paranoid. Id probably put my parents in Cali, and fly/come back or call them to see if i can schedule it in DC because I wouldnt want the risk of me missing the mail or them getting confused with why i have two address etc...
