Would you send a court appearance paper for a traffic ticket from June 1st as evidence?

What would be the purpose of such evidence?
Do you have all 7 guidelines cover?

1. under 31
2. came to the US before your 16th birthday
3. 5+ years in the US
4. been here June 15th
5. Entered without inspection before June 15, 2012, or your lawful immigration status expired as of June 15, 2012
6. HS diploma, GED or been honorably discharge from Coat guard Armed forces.
7. No criminical record

If so then i personally wouldn't, because a traffic ticket shows negativity in character it may sound silly but i personally wouldn't send it.

For number 4 which requires you to be here on June 15th or around that date. Not really a copy of the speeding ticket. Its a copy of a paper they gave me at court on June 1st.

Even USCIS will knwo that #4 will be arguably the trickiest for some folks in terms of providing sufficient evidence because of how specific they are being with their request. Just get 2 affidavits if you have no other means of proving presense the day of. affidavits are afterall reviewed on a case by case basis.

Be sure to get them signed by someone not directly related to you and notarized. If you were helping old man jenkins mow his lawn that day of, before going to the planet fitness where the staff has come to know you as a regular, ask them to help you out.

And of course there is also the notorious "wait for more information Aug 15." USCIS has copy pasted on darn well near all the guidelines.

Is this true? The person who is giving you an affidavit cannot be related to you?
