Crinal, National Security and Public Safety Info.

I was charged with 2nd degre aggrevated verbal assault or some nonsense, went to court never pleaded guilty, rather public defence told me to not get into trouble for 6 months and my charge will be dropped. nothing happened for 6 months and charge was dropped. i went to court to pick up certified disposition and it said the charge was dropped.

do i have to state this under i-821d part 3 criminal, national security and public safety information?

You were charged, so, that means you were charged. Put that in the first question. Make a copy of the citation you received, and send it. Also, make copies of any other court documents and explain your situation. I would recommend a lawyer or a local community organization.
