yeah but the thing is that 6a.-6c is for departure date as well as 7a-7c
so it should still be 8a? for addresses?

If you did the application yourself, mark 1a.

If the person in the application is impaired and needed assistance with the application, mark 1b.

Yes, put 8, 9, etc. Make sure you also put "Date at this residence" in case they confuse it with departure. Though I don't see how they can get confused because a departure and residence ask for separate information.
