(c)(33) How come it is not on the instructions sheet?

Maybe I am blind and cannot read. I might have old instructions. I just want to make sure this is the correct category and not the one listed for deferred action.

However I am going to the direct link from the childhood arrivals page from USCIS.gov


What is the revision date your instructions. It should say in the footer.

^There is an older version of the instructions that doesn't list the special instructions for childhood arrivals. Make sure the instructions revision date is 8/15/2012. I was reading the old instructions at first as well.

This is where poster who goes by the name of ALI saved my life. Get the new version.

The odd thing is that I am getting it from the USCIS webpage. The link that is on the page for childhood arrivals.

I think it might have to do something with my browser or adobe version.

yea, you are right...I just went to the USCIS website and clicked on the link for the instructions and received the same form with the outdated instructions. A few days ago when I clicked on same link it was the most recent. That is not good. I hope they fix that soon.
