How exactly do I put the express address?


I'm in florida, so my packet is being sent to dallas for processing.

Line1: USCIS
Line2:ATTN: DACA
Line3:2501 S. State Hwy. 121
Line4:Business suite 400
Line5:Lewisville ,TX 75067



This is correct right?
