If you don't qualify, you may get deported letter

Guys!!!!!!!!!!!!! a facebook user posted "One of my cousins received a letter that she must signed saying, if she doesn't qualify she may be deported. Anyone received also this letter?" in the Dream Act 2010 facebook page!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me clarify, I DON'T know the person who posted the comment, but maybe we can help him/his cousin. This is the first time I hear of such a letter!

So basically she got a letter that she must sign saying that USCIS will refer her to ICE for deportation proceedings? if she is not approved...

Is there a pic? I dont have facebook post a pic here. None of us got it and now people are going to be constipated thinking about it.

Unless they are a criminal or blatantly tried to commit fraud, this will not be the result of any denials.

As per USCIS they'll only ref if your a security threat now.... why would they give you a heads uo?

Didn't they said that? that people with criminal background will be sent to ICE?

It appears her case has fraud indicators and they want to make sure the applicant is aware of the consequences for FRAUD.

Yeah I find it weird.... Maybe the persons name got a hit in one of the background searches....
