This is my last question

I was planning to include my w2s from 2007-2011 for continuous presence. Then someone said I should take it off, because I used fake SSN to get a job.

I did not use a fake SSN, but I did use an ITIN that is mine.

I searched the forum about this and not all answers are the same. Some say that including this could delay the process and some say to be honest and not hold any information, because it could harm your application later on. I chose to include them, because I do not want to get in trouble. I also included them, because I wrote that I was working on my 1-765WS explanation and was making 21k.

If I don't include this, I still have my wellsfargo statements for 2007 to 2012. Im not sure if that is good enough, but I think I could find a replacement for my W2s incase I do need to take them off my exhibit.

THe wells fargo statements should be sufficient. No point in flooding them with extra papers.

Did you file your taxes? I went to the IRS and got the "transcripts" for every year I did my taxes and it showed my ITIN and sent them as evidence and my application was accepted and have my biometrics appt on the 20th... by the way when I went to the IRS it was nice and quick, the office clerk was able to print them right then and there. Best of luck to ya!

I did file my taxes. Are the transcript free or do I have to pay for them? I dont have all the copies of my tax returns, so the transcripts are a big help. Thanks I learned something new today.
