so i have organized my packet so that each exhibit has its own document. For example
if in exhibit 2,4,5 i use my high school transcript for those exhibits each exhibit will have its individual copy of "high school transcript". meaning in my whole application there would be 3 copies of "high school transcript". or if i use multiple copies of say my high school transcript, should i organize it by referring "high school transcript" to an earlier exhibit which it was used in? feedback? how did you guys organize yours?

Don't send multiple copies, USCIS workers get annoyed by that because you will only have them scanning more copies of the same. Just send one copy of each document. On your cover letter just refer them to the exhibit where the copy is found.

okay i think thats what im going to do. 1-2 Exhibits will only include refer to's i guess haha

Its fine to include multiple copies. Thats what I did. Im not really sure why people are saying they would get annoyed by that. Seems like it would be easier for them to not have to look back at a section for evidence for a different requirement.

I forgot to state what I made multiple copies of was my high school record which was only 4 extra pages. As long as its not a ton of additional pages it should be fine. And yes I would use clips or bind them.
