I'm almost done with my application but I have two questions.

On form i765 part 15 and 16. I applied for asylum and was denied asylum and then the appeal, what should I put here?

and what about question 16. I put c33 but want to confirm.

Second question is for form I-821d

I've lived in 5 different addresses and I remember the months and years but not the exact days, does it matter? and what do I need to put where it says Item number in part 7 additional information ( I need to put another address)

Sorry for all the questions and I really appreciate the help

for 15 put unlawful status DACA

for 16 you are c 33. one parathesis will be left empty like this (c) (33) ( )

estimate the day. put the first of the month if you really can't estimate.

those were the instruction since you are filling for daca that is your category hence that is your status. you are not filling under assylum.

anyways this is a good thing you are applying for daca, i will just tell you from my experience with assylum the bars goes even higher when you appeal. the want new proof bla bla bla.

Wait what?

So your status is not illegal? wouldn't that not fall into the requirement?
