Austin Biometrics
Hey guys! 
My siblings and I have our Biometrics appointment next week in Austin TX. However my brother's matricula is expired, will it be accepted even though it's expired? We don't have passports and the consulate doesn't have any open appointments until December.
Has anyone done their biometrics in Austin with an expire ID (matricula) , if so how did it go?
He also has his college Id, even though its not government issued, could he use this along with his expired matricula?
