Can't focus on school

Anyone else having trouble focusing on school lately?

Had that problem for a year

More like the opposite...

I haven't been able to focus on school for years. At least now I have some tranquility because hard work may finally be worth it.

Actually yes, this semester has been a rough start for me. I usually pay very close attention to lectures and complete my assignments in a timely matter. But this semester, has been a strange one...

I haven't learned a thing in thermodynamics yet. Worst class I've ever had.

I've had that for a couple of years now......effing sux. But last semester was especially bad. You go to class and are day'dreaming'/thinking of something else the whole time. And if you manage to get into the subject, it's gone in a hour.

Might be time to start looking into getting your head in order, you don't want to let this go on for too long....excercise, meditation, shrink, whatever works for you. If you start putting activities/hobbies/projects over your responsibilities and don't seem to finish any of these, then I'd say you're in deep already.

oh, and stay off the net....sell that laptop if you have to.

Had that problem last semester, probably would've been worse if I hadnt gone to a cheap community college.

Yes this semester. It doesn't help that I have to learn everything myself but I can't seem to push myself to study. It's really bad.

Well I have an exam to prepare and I haven't been able to consistently keep up the studying..I don't have any deadlines but still times running away. I graduated about two years ago..The point is to stay the course, just do it whether it goes right or wrong. JUST DO IT.

Add me to this list. I have a 4.0 GPA, and almost done but this semester..oh man. I pay attention in class, take notes and raise my hand tons but when it comes to actual assignments I can't seem to concentrate. Just last Monday I had to write a 5 page paper. I started at about 10PM writing it over and over. Finished at 3:30 AM and woke up at 4AM to go to work. Class was right after work. That was the worst lagging I've ever done, I was falling asleep in class.
