I turned 18 July 6, 2012 and received DACA during the month of October. I only accumulated 70+ days of unlawful presence. Therefore, I didn't trigger the one or ten year ban. I know there is no path to a green card with deferred action but in the future if I were to get married, would things be slightly easier when applying for a green card. Also could one adjust through an employer or any other adjustment of status?

You will not be able to Adjust because you were never lawfully admitted. Since you dont start accumulating unlawful presence until 18 and half and you were approved for DACA at the age of 18 and 3 months, you will then be able to Consular Process without Waiver. Relatively MUCH MUCH better than consular process with waiver but you will still have to go back to your country to receive your visa.

Yes, it is actually a pretty quick process when it doesnt involve a waiver.

The deal looks like this:
You are not eligible to adjust status in US. However since you don't have the 180 days of illegal presence you'd be nonetheless eligible to depart US and undergo consular processing abroad. This applies to all kinds of sponsorship - assuming that DACA lasts that long.
