So earlier last year I ended up applying for TPS. By all accounts I should have TPS by now, but I don't because of a stupid worthless notario who filled out everything wrong. I was about 8 years old at the time, so I had no idea until recently. Anyways, I decided to take a stab at it and apply. Needless to say I didn't get it. And it was mostly because I had to prove presence since 1998 (which I did) but USCIS was being retarded because the official documents I sent didn't have my address from back then (which is not my fault, that's what the school registrar gave me). And also, my mother didn't have TPS.

I was just wondering if you guys think the fact that I included everything from my past TPS and EAD case in my DACA packet would end up hurting me?

My lawyer included other case documents for me. Past work permit apps and the last one(4 yrs ago) that got denied. If it aids in the fact that your out of status and shows proof of residency i dont see why not. They would have it in there system anyways.

I think it actually helps you because your being honest. I included my EAD that I got last year because of parent petition that at the end failed. I included a copy of my EAD and SSN. Plus put down my Alien number. Remember its all a separate process.
