Send my DACA on, but im in removal proceedings

Anyone in the same situation ? I am in removal proceedings I have court in N0v 7 , 2012. I will go in and say i need more time, by law they are supposed to give me another court date. This will extend my court date and when I go in again in a year or less to court again I will tell the judge I am a dreamer and qualified for DACA. That will end my case. But im wondering if I will have to go in to Biometrics since they took fingerprints of me already when I was at ICE detention center. Anyone know ?

^ I believe biometrics are valid for about 15 months, so it depends on how long ago it was done. Or instead of having you come do all 10 fingerprints (code 3), they might have you come in for photo, index finger and signature (code 2)

I read on the instructions that people who are on removal proceedings will only go for photographs

I was in the same situation,never detained, but I had a court date next year but now its closed. I took my biometrics at ICE and again for the USCIS code 3, which means everything

Yes I am in removal proceeding as well. You have to re do biometrics because when you were in removal proceeding, it was for ICE and but now it is for USCIS. I had to do it twice.

Oh I see yeah because I was like maybe I will get a refund for the biometrics, I guess not. Everything should be ok then i guess
