...do YOU think there is even a slight chance that they might approve solely base on affidavits?

I just looked at a users RFE info in the RFE thread for the Nebraska Service Center. He was requested to show evidence of the year 2010. And I'm in the exact same position, I literally do not have anything for the year 2010 besides a january 2010 scholarship letter, 2 affidavits, and a december 2010 receipt for renewal of passport. All of which I submitted.

So, if I am to get an RFE, I literally have nothing else to show them, how screwed am I?

Pretty screwed i think. You could try to send them the same evidence. Maybe someone else will look at it. Or maybe the original person will change their mind.

Seriously you guys need to stop worrying and crying about thinking you will get an RFE. You havent gotten one yet, so relax. you most likely will be approved with what you sent in. However, if they ask for more proof and you have none, it is beyond your control and you shouldn't be so paranoid right now.

Its not fun to get an RFE. And its now fun to worry about an RFE if you don't freaking have to yet!

Yea I know someone here got approved with a year gap as well. If you Take a look at this thread

http://dreamact.info/forum/showpost....75&postcount=4

Jgarza submitted a lot of stuff.

I know it all depends on adjucator but still, I'm crossing my fingers and hoping I get someone who will understand that I have actually been in the United States since 2001 because I cannot physically go back to India without flying, and there is no such record of that on my passport or in their records. So lets just wait...if I do get a request for evidence, there is pretty much nothing that I can do and I'll just have to forget about everything involving DACA.

I understand what you are saying. I am not so much worrying but kind of speculating as to what can happen based on the facts around me. You know? Just general talk. And I also understand that it must be terible to get an RFE so I really feel for those who received one.

Aside from that, i submitted bank statements of my savings account which had activity every 1-2 months since 2011 to present. But I also have checkings if they request it and the checkings show a lot of activity everyday and its a lot of papers.

You originally asked if how screwed you were if you had no extra evidence that you hadnt already submitted.

Whether you will get one is up in the air although i have noticed that those who submitted school records as evidence generally have been approved even with a longish gap.

I don't think I will get one but you can't help but think that you will when you look at other cases that are similar to yours.

Thanks for your input guys

I got RFE. I do not know for what as of yet, since i have not received the letter. no biggie really, i am just glad someone actually looked at my case instead of being stuck in initial review. I already have a stack of papers ready to be mailed out as soon as i get the letter and I even ordered my driving record from the MVA since all i sent was my license first time around.
