Smoking Marijuana?

I promised my self since DACA was passed that I wouldn't smoke weed till I get approved, but its been about 2-3 months and I have yet to be approved yet...

Will smoking effect my case in any way?

No but I wouldn't suggest it.. If you were to get caught with the marijuana then maybe you could be introuble.. P.S. no hope in dope!

lol relax brah. There's no drug testing if that's what ur trying to ask. But I feel like this thread must be moved to other topics section. Just saying brah..DAP comes first when you search Dream Act on google. Don't get too deeply involved that stuff bro. I know a few friends from school who might've gotten in trouble for possibly possession and intent to distribute. There's a very very thin line for you. One small trouble and ur out of here like a baseball out of the park.

The adjudicator will smell weed residue on your forms and most likely issue an RFE.
