Where are you trying to register, ASU, UofA or the Maricopa Colleges?

As far as I know, only Maricopa colleges accept in-state for now, but it is a new procedure for DACA candidates, so they might not know what to do yet. If you are registering to one of the MCCs, I suggest you print this (http://www.maricopa.edu/residency/statement.php) and show it to them if you get questioned.

Good luck.

Agree, they really do not know about this, I asked at Phoenix College a few weeks back, the lady said they had not ruled on that yet obviously they had ... so yeah that article is necessary to "inform them".

Im trying to attend a Maricopa community college, but yeah I was able to get my drivers license yesterday again, so i think I will be able to pay instate tuition without being asked since I have that valid id. I will go next week and register and let you guys know.
