Really confused and frustrated!!!!!

ok, so on november 1st and 2nd, i got updates saying that my case had been approved and the circle on the I-765 was moved to Card/ Document Production. I assumed this meant that i had been approved.

however, i emailed the California Service Center--because that is where my application is at--and they said my case was still in adjudicated.

i have a couple of questions

1.) why would the USCIS change or "update" my case when according to the CSC my case is still being reviewed?

2.) how do i go about finding out if my EAD card has been made?

3.) and if indeed my EAD card has been made, how do i get it?

i know that's a lot to answer so thanks to who ever does take the time to answer it.

and please dont say this has already been talked about and not give a link to the topic. that's really frustrating too

Your I821D may still be under review.

You find out if your card is being made by checking your case status. They will mail you the EAD card via USPS priority which takes no more than 2 days.
