Wanted to make a Thread for all Mid/late September applicants like myself, I know you're out there. Wanted to make a progress/Discussion thread for us.
Im extremely happy for all our fellow dreamers who have actually completed the process and received their EAD's already. Congratulations.

Please we'd love the input of you guys who have gone through the process.
As you know we've done our best to get through all 1492387472 threads created in the past couple months alone, but its almost impossible (THANK GOD FOR STICKIES).
But nothing better than personal experience to teach us newbies how to get through this next month and change of a grueling process.

sent mine yesterday and im scared something goes wrong.

Dont be dude. My lawyer alone was really putting the fear of God in me about sending out everything PERFECTLY until i found out peoples packets werent even an eighth as thick as mine. Lol, USCIS is gonna have a fun filled time with my envelope.

I'm a mid Sept applicant. Looking forward to your posts and updates.
It gets frustrating reading everyone's posts who applied in Aug and already did biometrics.
I applied with a lawyer also and I don't know exactly what was sent, but I gave the lawyer a shitload of proof as well. Probably 200+ sheets of paper I am estimating.

I'm not late I'm right on time(right where am suppose to be in my life)I wouldn't dare waste $$$ on a lawyer for something I can do myself,especially for something like this! Sent package for my brother, 19sep, they receive it 20sep waiting, had the money 15aug,but bills had to be paid(sorry I rather my lights,phone,food) had to wait! Only sent 22 pages of proof immunization records,passorts old and new, birth certicificates, highschool transcripts,prrof here before and on 15jun, diploma... Applications... Should here something by next week!

Hello! Sent it in on Monday and was delivered wed sept 19. So, just waiting on a text or email anytime soon.

Dreamers whoes going with lawyer, becarefull since most lawyers are not sending out apps as they told you they would. Thats what happened to me and I had to got on my lawyer's assistance to tell me about my apps and found out it was sent out after 20 days then they suposed to, finally got my 797C yesterday. I just want tell you all to keep on pressuring your lawyers if you don't see your 797C within 8 to 10 days.

i sent mine on Sept 15th and have gotten a response and now waiting to go to my biometrics i have my matricula consular ID and my mother says i should get my passport just to have it, what do you guys think?
