does uscis do any type of background check before biometrics

Did my biometrics on Mon 11/26/12 I got arrested and fingerprinted 4 years ago for not paying a driving with out drivers license I took care of it payed all fines and drivers responsibility fees and when I got arrested I paid to get out do I have to worry om kinda freaking out

USCIS does their own Background checks after they get your Criminal record from the FBI.

No it isn't. USCIS will consider driving without a license citations as minor traffic violations, not misdemeanors, regardless what the state law says.
