Wtf glitch in the USCIS?

I checked my status and this is what it said? Wtf? I sent my RFE out last week and they got it on the 21st

On November 21, 2012, your notice I821D, Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of November 21, 2012, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move NGLISH

Thats the message people get when they get rejected.

i think its a glitch? or maybe its the new initial review update? idk...

my uscis app said my app was updated...but when i checked it wasnt... trolllllllllled

I didn't get the text I just checked then was like wtf? I looked up another RFE number and it says the same thing, I think it is glitched but man scared the crap out of me ahha
