Social Security People Asking for some stuff I didn't think they'd ask for.

They are asking me for my parents ITIN, my own and also the social security (fake) # I'm currently using for work. Did anyone else who did the process get asked for all this as well?

tell them this is your first time applying and your parent' information is not your responsibility to tell, be honest with them.

Ask they why they need that information first? Tell them you are in a group of dreamers and nobody has been asked for that before. Tell them that you are not comfortably giving out your parents information as that is their own not yours. Are you a minor?

Go to a different office.

Couldn't they also be asking to transfer credits to him? or would that be the IRS?
