Hi does anyone know what it means when your case gets updated to Name was updated. It says we updated your name to format I-131. Should I be worried?

It means that your ap document is being processed so you should get it in a week or two. May I ask what's your timeline for the ap process?

My application was sent 03/16/16
They received it 03/17/16
The name was updated 04/15/16
Hopefully I get it soon.
