Biometrics Appointment..and the office is closed..huh?

Hey Guys
This morning as you are aware is Christmas Eve and I got scheduled for today. The problem is, they're closed. It says that they will reschedule me but I am still worried that it will affect my application. I don't want them to think I abandoned it.
I tried calling the number on my biometric appointment paper and they weren't available. Should I be worried here?
Why did they make an appointment today when they clearly know they will be closed?? Lol

Yes. I physically went there this morning and they post this paper that says they will be closed today and tomorrow and anyone that got an appointment today will be rescheduled =/

My boss won't be so thrilled. I had to beg him to give me today off even with the appointment notice in my hand lol

I did. But do you think I should be worried here? My friend said I shouldn't since its not my fault but at the same time I should've seen this coming. I just never had the day off what with school and full time work. I just assumed that if they made an appointment today, then their office should be open today.

Like butter said try to Wednesday and tell them. They should let you take the bios. If not get on the phone with uscis right away.
