Her wedding is in May in my home country which is Poland. She knows I don't have a green card, but she still sent me an invitation because I told her I might get a green card. How likely do you think it is that I will be able to go?
I already got my EAD card and all, but I don't think I would dare advanced parole. I know even if the DA passed in Feb, or March.. it takes months to get the green card. I'm not getting my hopes up, but it would be a dream come true to go. Btw, do you think I'll be able to go using advance parole AFTER the DA passes during the process?

I am sure you persuade USCIS and convience if you don't attend your cousins wedding, it will be the end of the world. I can totally see them acting in humanitarianism and granting you AP based on a trip to your cousins wedding.

Polish you say, you single??

Anyways, back to subject. Like Piano said, it's all up to the immigration officer if they want to let you back in again.

I think I saw a list that talked about wedding a cause of being granted AP so you check on that. Like you said, its really easy to get AP. Wedding definitely falls in a humanitarian reason.

Yeah getting back is the hard part, there has only been once successful person but she had lot of things in her favor. USC Husband and kid and she was doing something else to change her status. I think she went to Mexico for a funeral.

It's up to Border Patrol really if you're allowed in or not. They run a biometrics background check on your at the airport.

It would have to concern your mom, father, brother, sister, son, daughter or even grandparents. I don't think USCIS will consider your cousin's wedding a humanitarian reason to leave. But I could be wrong.
