so get this NJ DMV
Today I arrived at the dmv 1 hour before closing. (4:20 pm, they close at 5:30pm) i go to the front and the chick there checks my 6 points, i'm good to go.
-Go to another window to take my written exam, this other woman takes my 6 points, which was organized by the receptionist. This new woman said she needed a supervisor to look it over, no biggie.
-get called up I'm missing one point....you gotta be kidding me.
wasn't worried since i had sooo much stuff with me.
-apparently my birth certificate, passport, tax payer id, etc. wasn't good enough to make up that one point.
-This cutie working the next window tries to help me out saying "I see you have an insurance card, that will make up the point!"
-well the lady at my window wasnt having it, and since my insurance card had my wife's name on it also, the card it wasn't valid.
- she says go to the other window to see a supervisor
- i get to this window and the guy could care less about even helping me, he said use your school ID, but you need your transcript.
-i say "where around here can i print it out?" the guy said "ehhh u have 40 minutes you wont make it."
- next door is a fedex/kinkos kinda place
-The guy was super nice and let me print my transcript out there for free.
- I return with everything plus my transcript
-they hold my 6 points for about 20 minutes. leaving 15 minutes til closing.
-i go to peek, my stuff is still sitting on the window
- i get called up with them saying "ohh yeaaa, this isnt coming up through immigration, it's just not going through"
YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME LOL.....WHY THE HELL WOULD IMMIGRATION GIVE ME AN EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION CARD AND A SOCIAL SECURITY CARD OVER A MONTH AGO AND ITS NOT VALID? I KNOW THEY WANNA GO HOME BUT DAMN
