So North Korea declared war on South Korea and basically the U.S. because of the military drills conducted by the U.S. in South Korea, and the American stealth bombers flying out to their part of the world. So how does this relate to CIR? Well if the North Koreans get too rowdy and start their "reunification" attempts, I think we will have a problem in our hands, aside from military conflicts, of course. The attention of the public and the government will inevitably shift to this new issue and CIR may be thrown out the window. So what do you guys think? Do you think the issues can be resolved peacefully (though the declaration of war stated that relations with the U.S. and South Korea were beyond "words"). Do you think CIR will be voted on before anything happens? Do you think CIR has any chance if something does happen?

they didnt declare war... they just said theyre in the state of war... they just have the troops and the missiles ready... on order from kim and the war would start... but theyre just empty threats... theyre not gonna do anything.. they know that if they do something.. they'll be destroyed.

True. North Korea alone isn't much of a threat but I'm thinking it's not that simple. If the US were to attack N.K. there exists the possibility that their allies would step in. That could start a WW3.

even the allies are telling dprk to calm the fack down..lol... russia and china were complaining about the test they were doing underground... kim just wants attention... plus the bombers flying over south korea a couple of days ago gave a pretty strong message on how quickly the US could get to NK and bomb the crap out of em hahaha

They are not going to war. NK just wants attention. The US will never attack unless NK attacks first. That includes attacking US allies. South Korea and Japan are the closest in that area.

This is like the FOURTH time the that NK has pulled this shit in the last 10 years alone.

They're also sank a SK military vessel with a submarine fired torpedo and shelled SK islands in the past and nothing has come out of it.
