Did u get a ticket for no license? Well I got a ticket for no licenae & it was actually my third and I aaplied 2 weeks before I sent in my application my suggestion qould be for u to get a lawyer and to explain to them the situation so the sentence they give u might not affect ur case. I got approved

What kind of proof did they ask for? Just send it to them. The traffic stop should not affect your case...

If you didn't commit a felony nor a misdemeanor, then you should be fine. If your background check was already done, which I assume it was because you already got a RFE, then it is incredibly unlikely that USCIS will know that you got a traffic ticket.

It varies from person to person, but you can go look in the RFE threads for people with similar cases. It's unlikely that you'll get approved within a month, especially since you just go it. You can take your DACA acceptance letter and your RFE to court to show the judge that you are in the process of obtaining lawful presence, which will allow you to get a driver's license.

traffic tickets do not jeopardize your chance at approval, don't worry.

You can always try extending your court appearance in the hopes that you do get approved. Its either that or pay the 250$+ fine. But as others have stated, traffic tickets (regardless if they are considered misdemeanors) will not affect you for DACA. How do i know? I have 2 driving with no license tickets that I did not disclose (bc it said not to bother disclosing these types of tickets) and I got approved without a RFE.

Yes I think You will be fine. Traffic violations won't affect you. I had 3 tickets for driving without a license and was approved.
