Hi,I'm new here,I hope somebody can help me find a solution to my case. This is my story:My sister an I came legally to USA in August 2007,applied for my residence as a child of a resident(father)and citizn(stepmother)My sister got her green card in 2010,just in a short time after her interview, mine was in January 2010 and after 3 years waiting, they just sent me a letter denying my residence, probably because my parents got divorce in October last year,so of course they denied my revalidation to work too, anyways,I want to finish college and keep working ,so I decided to apply to the Deferred Action since I have all the requirements to do it,came here whe I was 15,have bills, taxes, school and college records, never traveled out of the country in this 5 years living here,no felonies, etc etc etc but I just found out that I had to be here since June 15,that's 2 months before I came here,so I was searching on line and asking people,USCIS web and I saw this part where it says something that they check case by case, and I called the USCIS and they said that I can apply under my own risk because the ones who decide either I qualify or not,are the officers, but if I don't I won't get my money back.....They didn't say NO but they didn't say YES,so I don't know what to do,I don't want to be deported, what if they come for me since they have all my information,I'm very scared,my dad applied to be a citizen but still if he apply for me ,that would take probably years because I'm 21 now....Or just wait for this Reform? Please advices!!!!!

If you came here legally in August of 2007, there will be evidence of your arrival and one of the qualifications for DACA is to have been here since June 2007.

So in other words, you do not qualify for DACA, wait for CIR.

I thought of this for some reason:
