Any illegal alien can simply tell Customs and Immigration that he or she was brought here illegally before reaching 16. No proof is required.

I can't stand this particular lie about the dream act, i mean come on is uscis really stupid to not require proof that we entered the country before age 16???

For the sake of debate let's sayt it is so, the second requirement is a high school diploma. Are they going to take just my word for it? that is a heck of a sweet deal. I might as well tell them I have a Ph.D in Physics and that I am blond and hot. Or, I can just go with my official high school diploma, and they just need to call my high school to check that if fact I graduated from that school and talk to all my teachers and prof. That is not going to take a whole day to do so, in fact only a couple of calls. What a bunch of loooooosers.

Yeah you gotta be a fucking dipshit to think America is going to hand you temporary residency without proof of meeting requirements.

Yeah that crap pisses me off too.. look at this one -

This was the second full day of pressure on the Senate offices. That kind of sustained activism begins to be noticed by the top staffers and eventually by the Senators themselves. The DREAM Act, which has been deftly hidden as a provision in the Defense Authorization Bill, will allow any illegal alien to simply claim "amnesty" by declaring they entered the United States before the age of 16. This naïve provision leaves open the door for millions of illegal aliens to claim and achieve amnesty - indeed a DREAM Act for illegal aliens. There is no penalty for illegal behavior. By making the DREAM Act Amnesty amendment seem really controversial, you may be succeeding in moving it farther back on the calendar. Ideally, the Senate Democratic leaders will decide to just pull it. We need to build a toxic force on Capitol Hill to poison this amnesty. Thanks to all of you who have been contacting Talk Radio to get the hosts to take some time away from their O.J. stories and focus on this threat." - 9/18/07

That was included in an action alert from NILC apparently to get people to get pissed off and call in support..

we should be happy. this proves that we are right and they are wrong. we don't have to start lies like this to get support. they know they are lying and those joining them, deep down know the lie too.
i thought we were just a small group but it seems we are more powerful than i thought. God i'm proud!!

They probably don't know they're lying. I mean they REALLY believe the stuff that they get form their Grand-Master-what's-his-name.

I hate this argument as well because they use it so often and it doesn't make much sense.

Just don't forget that we're legalizing Jason Bourne.

man the opposition is so full of sh*t i couldnt believe what I was reading..

stuff like they put food on our tables and put clothes on our backs? and paying for undocumented retirement plans?

Last I checked I go shopping for clothes, shoes, etc. with my own money and eat a wide variety of food with my own money. Maybe thats what they need.. Diversity of food selections to reduce that hate in their systems.
