Please Help Check My Evidences and Table Contents

Hi guys, long time lurker but first time poster.

I'm pretty much done with my application and could use an opinion or two on the evidences I'm submitting with it.

I have 1099's for 2007-2012. Should I also include them as evidences?

Here are what I'm planning to send:


DACA Table of Contents

Exhibit 1: Proof of Identity

I think it looks solid. On exhibit I take out C and F, you have plenty of evidence. TX ID is strongest there. I honestly think you should find some more evidence for Exhibit 5. You can re-enforce some of your evidence to avoid a possible RFE. like for year 2010 you have a diploma and bank statement. It wouldnt bother to add more evidence to 2009 and up. People gotten rfe bc officers oversee evidence. Yours looks solid but i would throw more stuff on E 5. Doctor visits are great. My evidence for E5 were dentist/doctor/bank/school. I had like 50 pages of evid. from doctor n dentist 2007-2012, just reg visits. I hope this helps you a bit.

More than enough my packet was less than 15 pages. I did have a failed asylum case also.
