wow i was doing massive research on the law 245 i and i just found out that since my mother was married to an American citizen on 1996 i am grandfathered under that law i cant believe i just found this out, my lawyer never told me this, i feel so stupid wow, man thats how you know lawyers screw you, i am going to change lawyers and try and fix my status here, you all should check out that clause closely you might already be halfway to getting your status fixed

err... how is that?

I am grandfathered under 245i and the way out for me that would be fastest is through labor certification. And I would need this by getting a MA degree and finding a sponsor.

In the event that you acquire a MA Degree a employer can sponsor you if you have a 245i petition in the works?
