losing weight

anyone got any advice for losing weight I've recently started working out and trying to eat healthier.

Well, seeing how the gyms are all closed and everybody is at home, best thing is to not eat too much at home and go out and ride your bike or whatever if your area allows it.

I run around in my backyard. Also, try 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar diluted with water and lemon and honey before bedtime or before breakfast. Or try lemon water before breakfast and bedtime, helps with bloating and digestion.

If you’re male, you may want to consider intermittent fasting. Basically, what I do is just never eat breakfast, and only consume calories between 12pm and 8pm (you still need a calorie deficit). Whether you’re male or woman, what matters most is avoiding added sugars and having a calorie deficit. It should be 90% diet, 10% exercise.

I started carnivore diet. I eat eggs, fish, chicken, beef. Lost 17 pounds so far!
