Has anyone had their ead card lost by usps? I believe they lost mine and i don't know what to do now.

I did and they found it thank god. First start by asking your post master at the post office if he can look into it and check if they can double check in person. Thats what i did and the magically found it. Then after that you need to contact USCIS and follow up with them. Thats the tricky part because they will investigate. Good luck and hope they find it.

Still haven't gotten it? Wow keep calling and telling them to look for it, if you don't push they won't look for it.

I have called since the 15 had 2 tracking cases opened up. They always tell me they emailed mcallen sorting place and have had no reply. I talked to immigration and they told me usps is responsible for my ead card and if in 40 days they don't find it i will have to re-apply for my I765 again

Will you have to pay again?

Idk im confused :/ i have to wait 40 days to knw the process
