Hello my friends. I was approved this past Friday!..
Here are some facts that perhaps can give you any sort of reference or insight in what you can expect in your case.

i am 29, No criminal record, entered without inspection (illegally) when i was 2.
Evidence submitted K-11 school documents: school pictures, certificates, and report cards.

I dropped out of school; therefore, i submitted a letter from my community college that showed i currently attended GED courses and had tested and passed a few of the 5 GED exams. I am currently enrolled in the Community College as a student for my associates degree which the letter mentioned as well.

Evidence...
Proof that i was in the country onn June of 2007 - I only submitted one letter from my vehicle insurance company (dated 08/2007) That is the only evidence i had!!! i was scared to death i would get an RFE...

2008 - bank statements (total of around 5 months in bank statements.
2009 - very week year of evidence for me. (only had bank statements from June - September 2009)
2010 2013 I had solid evidence. College payments... utilities.. etc.

I was worried i was going to be RFE'd for 2007 - 2009.

USCIS received my applications (prepared by Catholic Charities) on 09/03/2013.

I procrastinated one whole year before applying for deferred action as i thought i did not have much evidence.

On 10/17/2013, I submitted my biometrics.

I checked the USCIS case status constantly..

I checked it on Friday morning... (12/13/2013) and NOTHING> then, i got a job offer... which i planned to obtain illegally, but i thought.. let me check my bubbles (USCIS case Status) and on the EAD (employment Authorization Card) it said that my card was order for production!! and an hour before it said it was still under review. I was so happy. The application for deferred action states it is still under review.. but i know i am approved. I am sooo happy. I wish you all the best. I cannot begin to tell you how happy i am. I cant wait to get my social security card, put my vehicle under MY NAME> buy insurance under my name, pay taxes, remove my ITN from my bank records and open a new account under MY social security number.

Wish you all my best.. and check those bubbles and seem to be updated constantly.

sorry for any misspelled words.

hey congratulations! what a coincidence, about the job offer and your approval. Are you still going to apply at that job or are you going to look for another one.? What services center were your applications processed at?
