Were you ever contacted by ICE? Have up ever received a letter by ICE or an immigration court about a pending case for removal? Have you ever committed a crime and faced a judge in a court of law? If you answered no to these questions it's very likely you don't have an Order of Removal.

You could always call ICE and check your name to see if you are listed. If by the off chance you are, then you would follow the instructions listed on the USCIS website. Contact info is on their website.

You call this number:
1-800-898-7180

You punch in your A-number and it'll tell you. If you have a deportation order or proceedings pending against you it'll tell you either where and when the deportation order was issued, or your next hearing date and place.

Otherwise it'll say that no case was found under the given A number.

Make sure that when you call the 1-800 number to use the A-number initially assigned to you.. if you added it your DACA application it would be the same one from your work permit if you did not added into your DACA application it is likely that they assigned a new A-number to you and if you put that number in the 1800 it will not give you correct info.

I would say do a FOIA it takes about 2 months for you to get it back.
