Sorry if this question has been answered before.

I understand that Advance parole can be used to adjust status with EWI if your spouse can petition for you.
My question is that if I'm not married to an US citizen and no one can petition for me at this time, and I applied for advance parole to leave and come back, does it fix the EWI and give me a lawful entry that I can use later if I do get married to an US citizen in the future?

I'm asking this because I see some people in the forum who traveled back are asked by CBP officer if they will use it to adjust status, and the CBP officer would issue the parole stamp with a purpose of AOS if the answer is yes.

So if the CBP officer ask if the AP is used for AOS, and I answer no, what kind of stamp will I get? A little confused here.

Yes, You'll still be able to use the advance parole entry for a later date. CBP will stamp your AP with "Parole" which can still be used as a lawful entry.

There are cases of when CBP stamped "AOS" and that was because of what you mentioned which is that they were asked if they had a pending application. If you don't, then they just stamp "Parole" which you'll find with the more recent DACA Travelers.
