I have a couple questions about renewals. What documents do I have to send for renewals? Do we have to send everything that we sent the first time again? is it different or is it easier than the first time? How soon we have to sent them in advance? Thanks!

No, just documents needed.

It's easier because you don't have to provide all evidence the way we did the first time.

How soon we have to sent them in advance?
120 days before the expiration date of your EAD card.
