I821D Approved. Timeline inside.

Hi guys, just thought I would share my time line. I just checked my case and my I821D got approved:

I live in Florida btw.

October 3rd Update: Card production, 765 approved on case status
October 3rd Update at night: Got home and got the card in the mail, it has an expiration date of 9/25/14. I lost a month but I don't care. If something doesn't get passed in the next 2 years, I'll be married anyway

"Post Decision Activity

On September 29, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I821D Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

No word on 765, however up until just now, every time I checked my case status online, it showed:

"Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283."

My EAD expires 10/21/2014
My initial packet was sent August 2012, and approved around September. Routed to Vermont.

I sent my renewal packet August 26, 2014.

I received my 797 receipt on September 5th, 2014

Biometrics letter showed up on September 14th, 2014 with an appointment date set for September 25. Since it seemed like such a quick appointment, I didn't attempt a walk in just to prevent issues.

Case update online for i821d for approval September 29th, 2014.

So about a month to get an approval update. I sent in the following to Nebraska Service Center:
1)g1145 Form on top
2)i-821d
3)i-765
4)i-765ws
5)2 passport photos WITHOUT writing name or alien # on back.
6)$465 dollar money order.

did NOT send i 94.
did NOT sign part 8, 5d on i-821d.
Under travel information I filled out 8- 9c: Have you left the US w/out AP on or after August 2012(no), what country issued your last passport, passport number and expiration date.

For the i-765ws, I filled out how much I make in my new job which is just about $40,000 a year. I was weary of this, but I made strides the last 2 years and didn't think they would deny a work permit for making decent money.

That is about all I can think of. I hope my 765 gets approved, theres still that hint of fear in my mind, I was about to file a leave of absence at my corporate office because of the expiration date. I will update once I get news of my 765.

I have not applied for AP at all yet.

I send my renewal on the 22nd of September it's the first still no response

Just an update, I checked my 765 status this morning online and it went from "No Case Found" message to Card n production approved status October 2nd.

My app was received on July 2nd and still nothing. For sure they're working by expiration dates. All I ask is to be approved by end of this month otherwise my entire travel plans will be screwed. I have AP pending with them also. Plan on leaving the US around 11/25 with my new EAD.

Just got home and my new card was waiting for me in the mail box along with my receipt for my 1821d.

I also just realized my case got approved the same day I had my biometrics done.

Maybe its because my initial application was approved quickly as well? I had an epic packet categorized to a tee with plenty of evidence for my whole life.

I figure the cases that get approved the fastest are the ones they have a good history of. My friend's EAD expired September 5th, he sent his renewal August 03, and it got approved August 29. We both worked on our packets together.

Hang in there I also sent mine in July and expire around on 11/7. Been too busy with baseball (GO ROYALS) to pay any attention to my case status. Hadn't even checked it in 2 weeks. I'm confident we will be fine, learned to not check every day after the last time, since it can get emotionally exhausting.

It's been over 2 weeks how come I haven't heard anything? last time this happened my application was rejected

Did a lawyer sent your renewal for you
