Application cannot be found at this time.?

Its been 3 weeks when I did my biometrics. Every time I go online to check my status it says my app cannot be found at this time. Same thing when I tried calling . Whats going on?

They take awhile to update Case Status on there website. Be patient. Also note that sometimes it won't show your case status until they (USCIS) has made a decision on your case.
