So whats the plan dint see much of obamas speech other than making daca 3 years now and few other stuff. But dint hear anything of a GC for Daca applicants?

Ugh congress has the power for that. For what I read he just removed the age cap and parents of us citizens can get deferred action. Other that that everything else is the same, from what I can gather. But I could be wrong.
