Just receive my biometric appointment I've seen some people on here as "walk-in"
I was wondering how exactly would I go as a walk-in would I just go there on any day before my appointment or do I have do something particular.

Center is in Brooklyn New York if that makes a difference
-Thanks

You simply walk in a day prior to your scheduled appointment. If you're lucky the attendant will not really care about the date, and let you in. That's basically the procedure.

Good morning. Just completed the schedule biometric on Feb. 03. 2015 in NYC 201 Varick Street. The first security guard I asked, he's said: " is ok as long as not busy." BTW, he's a very kind man. When going up to 10th FL, the security lady was also very nice to say : " it depends on the person who's going to perform the biometric are going to let you "walk in" ." And she goes to say: " If is not busy, since you are here . "
BTW, I went to the place 2 times within 1 month, they "sort of" recognize me. And I just went on the schedule time.
Hope the experience helps.

Definitely not going to be Monday morning. You may try in between Wed/Thurs/Fri after 2pm. Coz those 2 appointments I went was like 2pm and 3pm. There are 3 people or 2 if I remember correctly in front of me. The biometric from start to finish is within less than half hour.
BTW, rather you go on early walk in or "on schedule", I wish you good luck. The other part is "patience" wait for USCIS's response.
