Advance Parole - I'm F***ED!!!

I have my trip around the corner in 5/19 but I have sent my AP stuff on 3/19...

I called USCIS a few days ago and they were still working on files received from November.

So I tried to expedite my application under "Nonprofit Organization whose request is in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States" but USCIS replied saying a person under DACA cannot expedite his/her application...


Is there anything that I can do to get approved/rejected or get my application checked before my trip ASAP?

You already heard it from the horse's mouth that the answer is no. The next step is acceptance.

I would try returning the ticket or rescheduling it a few months later. USCIS tends to be extremely unhelpful. You can well expedite a request as a DACA holder, just most of the idiots on their hotline are well... idiots. That place is so useless that lawyers call it the "misinformation line".
