My initial EAD/DACA expired about 7 months ago...

and I have not submitted my Renewal forms/money yet.

Am I able to safely renew my DACA? I've remained in the U.S. all this time.

According to what I've been reading, Ive accrued around 7 months of "unlawful presence".

if you were EWI before, then it shouldn't really matter but that is very irresponsible of you and you make all of us look as if we don't appreciate DACA

You need to submit your renewal application like yesterday. Actually more like 11 months ago. Look at the stickys regarding the renewal packet and their timeline. This kind of thing should really be priority for all of us and performed in a timely manner.

I submitted my renewal 4 1/2 months after mine expired, and was approved within 2 months
