If a DACA recipient wanted to immigrate to Canada, preferably legally, what options are available (if any) ?

If no options exist, how would entering Canada illegally work?

Couldn't anyone drive straight through to Canada? (I ask this because I constantly hear about how "easy" it is to immigrate from Canada to the US, so I assume it would be the same in reverse)

How would life in Canada be for someone living illegally?

They have border patrol at the border and U.S citizens are required to have their passports to enter Canada. Non citizens will need a passport with a Canadian visa.

They say it's easier for immigrants to become residents and then citizen. It really depends on their system. If you're interested then go to their website and look at options. Their system is based on points, you need 67 verifiable points to be able to immigrate; however, I think that if you get a nonimmigrant visa first and then apply for residency when you find a place and job, then getting to 67 points is easier

Is it possible to "get a non-immigrant visa" from the US-CANADIAN embassy without being lawfully present in the US?
