Hi everyone,

Question 11 in form i-765 asks, "Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS?".

This question gives you 2 lines- a line to put down the name of the office and the date AND a line to put the result.


Since I got an EAD in 2012 and 2014, should I put both offices (Nebraska and Vermont) down? I would put an office down on each line and then write granted in pen after printing it . OR should I just put down the most recent one and then "granted" on the second line?

I have a question as well, I'm not up for renewal until February '17 , but i was wondering . The first time I applied in 2012 I got denied because of my H.S. Diploma. I then reapplied with a GED and was successfully approved. My question is when I renew Daca, do I have to write down if I was ever denied work authorization? Because, on this last application it asked me and of course I said Yes. But I don't know if the renewal will be different. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks.
