OK so I was granted AP to go see a family member, single entry 30 days. I bought thickets already im schedule to be in CA on the 26 but my AP expires on the 27. my question is WHAT IF there's a delay with the airline??? or something... will they denied my entry to the US?

That decision is up to the customs officer. They will look at the circumstances around the situation. The problem with what you're saying is that you have AP and your flight is the day before. If your flight is delayed, you would be arriving on the day of your AP which wouldn't be a problem. If you're over your time of AP, you risk losing DACA and opening yourself up to immigration court.

Is there a way to reschedule your flight earlier? A delay of 24 hours can risk it all for you

Yes, you will be physically present on the US soil before your AP expires.
As far as I know, they are not gonna accept any excuses.
