Not Using Online Account?

Has anyone intentionally not used the online account system?

And I'm referring to the online account you need to set up using the access code. So this would be applicants who prefer to use the Case Tracker where you type in your receipt numbers.

Some probably decided not to but I wouldnt understand why not, its very secure...you have to put in a one time password everytime (changed everytime as well) that is sent to just your phone to make sure no one has access beside you. When the site was down for a while I was forced to use the old way where you put your case number in (which isnt private) and it had no information updated. The new site has scans of all of your documents even if you have an RFE you can upload documents there and make it faster. If you dont sign up after a certain amount of days then you wont be able to log on so think about it and give it a try. *micdrop

Whatever though. The Service has info about basically our entire lives and they will do with it what they will, I suppose.

Yeah, I agree. It's a fairy liberal privacy policy allowing the USCIS to share our info for the purposes of resolving our case that gave me pause. At this point though, they're going to use our info however they want. Not much we can do about it.

Yeah I know they use it to keep track of every movement. My brother was illegal all the way up to getting married he didnt have daca at the time and when he got interviewd for his greencard they brought out a HUGE file on him like he wasnt even working under the taable or anything its pretty sketchy when you think about it
