DACA approval before EAD.

2nd renewal here. I just checked ELIS and to my surprise my DACA was approved on 10/14. I did a walk in biometrics on 10/4. However, my EAD still says active and pending. How many days usually after DACA approval can I expect an EAD approval?

Honestly, there is no telling. Some people have waited up to 30 days after while others have received their EAD approval after a couple of days.

What is your timeline?

My application was received on 9/24. I got the biometrics appointment notice a week later for 10/13 but decided to do a walk in on the 4th. Nebraska service center with receipt letters IOE.

I sent my app july 9. Aproved EAD 10/13 approved daca 10/16. Weird lol. Anyone know when should i expect the card over the mail? Thanks guys

It seems there has been a delay with card production this time around. I see some people receive them within 2 weeks after EAD approval and there are some that are still waiting over a month. Best of luck!
